Jethro TullSure, there's a lot of local stuff in there, but there's still some stellar names. Booker T?! He wrote one of the most memorable tunes/riffs of all time. Jethro Tull, they who popularised Jazz Flute that even gets parodied in classic movies. And then my favourite one, nestled halfway down the list: Los Lobos. A Hispanic/American roots band that most people will know for this song. However last year they put out an amazing album covering Disney songs, a lot from classical albums from my youth.
